To get rid of the blurry background try this: 1) Do not set your graphical preset above High (no Ultra). 2) Lower your Post Processing to High (no Ultra). 3) Disable Motion Blur and reduce Volumetric Fog. 4) Do not play above 1080p regardless of your setup or monitor. I initially played this game on my ROG Ally at about High settings and got an amazing non blurry experience. When I tried it on my main rig with everything on Ultra @1440p running at 120fps, the background turned blurry. I made the above adjustments, and the blurriness was significantly reduced.
