I think I'm gonna try and get the hang of it before i start diving into other expansions.
Enjoying it thoroughly though, must have taken me an hour to load the curtain sider with seeds and fertilizer etc...

No ticket should be closed without a response, but we'd ask you to double-check the ticket history on https://support.dovetailgames.com. It's easy to miss an email, but the entire conversation will be visible on there.

However, duplicate tickets will be closed and merged into the original ticket, which will then be answered. Merged tickets will have a notification on them, letting you know what happened.
