If you want to shunt backwards with the 363, you normally use the secondman's stand, sticking your head out of the window to have a better view on the shunting- (dwarf-) signals. With the blue version of the 363 you can't use the arrow keys to stick your head out of the left window while driving in secondman's stand. The red 363 from RSN does not have this problem.
