Certainly Bakerloo is uninteresting enough without the typical frequent traffic on the line. I barely use it now, if we never get the extra services I suspect I will barely touch it again. I wasn't that excited about an underground route in the first place and this is why. However, it isn't a broken promise. I don't recall them saying "we promise we will add the extra services"! It was an intention. Surely if the despatcher can't handle it, it is better for them not to add the extra services than create more problems. You can guarantee those moaning now about "broken promises" would be the first to be hammering on their keyboards with anger if they had carried on and added the extra services and caused the game to crash. This happens when making any products, you find certain things don't work when you try and implement them. It is reality not some fantasy world where everything is perfect!
