I am very intrested in the red livery of the Bombardier Talent 2. It's present in the Rapid Transit DLC in TSW. I am not sure if its best to make it a free expansion or DLC. Technically speaking a simple re-paint with a couple of scenarios to get you going should free of charge we support you guys already .
