If there's no BR423 coming for S-Bahn Köln, there would be S-Bahn Köln destinations available for Br422, which would give some improvement.
only the 442 & ICE3 does have the correct destinations. All the trains says 'nich einstegen'. Hope they change the 422 with a 423 and make the desination correct.
They need to do this because S Bahn Köln is actually part of the S Bahn Rhein-Ruhr Network which covers RRO HRR SKA & RSN routes. DB BR420 needs S Bahn München HMA Rhine-Ruhr and future proofed S Bahn Rhein-Main Frankfurt area. Reason for this is that before retirement in 2014 S Bahn Frankfurt used them on S8/S9 before DB BR 430 replaced them.
