This add-on includes the S8 terminus at Herrsching to Kreuzstraße at the S5 end, adding a short branch to München Leutchbringing for S1 services. With this add-on, people will also: Drive the S6 from Westkreuz to München Leutchbringing Drive the S2 from Laim to Leutchbringing Drive the S3 from München-Pasing to München Geising Drive the S4 from München-Pasing to München Leutchbringing Rolling stock: BR 423 with 'Munich Pride' livery and standard decals BR 420 ICE layers, seen at Pasing and Hauptbahnhof Freight layers with the BR 187 at Pasing Gbf
I like the sound of this, I don't have any plans of getting Munchen to Augsburg unless it goes completely free because of how quiet the route apparently is even with layers, and if I did get it I would probably mainly do the S-Bahn runs because that's what I'm more interested in. I made a route suggestion similar to this but for Dresden, although it was one of my first suggestions so it's not very detailed. Route - Dresden S-bahn: Line S1 And S2 | Dovetail Games Forums
This would indeed be a fun playground for the 420 once it's out The S-Bahn network in the München area has many interesting branches to offer, like the ones to Wolfratshausen, Herrsching, Erding, or Kreuzstraße. Each of those would offer a totally different S-Bahn experience compared to those we have in the game at this point. And we could finally get München Hbf into the game in a proper way. When I compare ingame München with ingame Köln, Dresden or especially Frankfurt, it's shameful. Sorry to be "that girl" but it actually is called Leuchtenbergring... not the world's easiest word, I know
I'd say, if you really do feel like building this route (or rather network), don't rely too much on the opinions of others, just do it If it turns out alright, interested people will come by themselves
