While running this scenario after unloading all aggregate and running around the freight cars for the return to the yard, the EOTD remained on the trailing locomotive and not the last freight car. It appeared the brakes would not release on the freight cars even after several minutes. The train required notch 3 to maintain 8mph, let alone start moving.
