In scenario planner the amount of available start positions is not enough. In Cumberland yard for example, why can we only use 2 roads? Why not all of them? It really limits the amount of stuff you can do in scenario planner, for example if you could use all of the roads you could make a super long train. We really need all of the roads to be useable as start points. Like if you agree
