Should Another London Underground Route Feature In Tsw?

What would be the custom assets exactly? and as for stations well there are a few options, just build a shorter line i.e the Victoria(yes it would be all in tunnel but marketed at a lower price it would still probably sell quite well because it is a major city route) or just do part of a line, are tube stations that much of an issue to model? because it didn't seem to be an issue with mainline routes with a lot of stations like Birmingham or Brighton mainline.

 

I did wonder myself. Having now made lots of London Underground custom assets, surely that makes another London Underground line more likely. I'm admittedly not clued-up on the technical/creative side of TSW but surely a line that's say 40% tunnel is easier than a longer national rail route.

 

They had to make all the LU signals from scratch, including nameplates and rail-gap indicators, the One-Person-Operation (OPO) Platform Monitors and Mirrors, various CCTV Cameras, benches, ticket barriers, and of course the unique Underground Station models. They did leave a lot of stuff out though like the Thames Floodgates, accurate stop boards, carriage departure indicator boards, network boundary boards, tripcock testers, and emergency tunnel lighting/underside platform lighting. With the recent release of the London to Brighton Scenery Mod I'd like to hope the various bits of clutter and network equipment they didn't model for whatever reason are included in future mods or updates.

Then again Just Trains included most of the stuff mentioned above in their TSC Metropolitan Line Route, so maybe they'd be able to port some of those assets to TSW if they decided to do an Underground route in future or some kind of Bakerloo Line Enhancement Plus-Pack with train announcements like they did for their MET TSC Route.

 

all those assets you mention are the same on basically any route on the underground. Each line does not have custom scenery items
