Hello. I would like to suggest the SNCF X73500 diesel railcar for Train Sim World. Country: France Operator: SNCF Type: Diesel Multiple Unit Why add this train? It is a very famous and unique single-car train used all over France for regional routes. It would be perfect for existing French routes or future regional lines!
I'd see it being the main star on the cross-border line from Dole (FR) to Vallorbe (CH), also known as "La Bosse"; perhaps including the branch up to Pontarlier. Set in the early 00s, when traffic was sustained. EDIT Being modern units, they're quite noisy things! Nothing to do with old diesels (two "simple" turbocharged MAN flat-6s) but that Voith transmission (a whirring/hiss at high speeds)... Here's an on board: PS. It certainly looks more stylish than the Class 153! What do they sound like - good underfloor diesel roar or more subdued?
