PS5 [solved] Db Br 218 To The Rescue Scenario Broken

Hi, I tried to play To the Rescue scenario on BR 218 and after picking up broken train in Bargteheide Platform 3 I’m stuck at red light signal, the tracks in front of me are occupied by AI trains - those are also stuck on red lights. Any solution how to avoid being stuck and finish this scenario?




Update: tried second time, I was a little faster and not so roleplaying and I made it to time signal let me pass through. Was just a unlucky moment and I was slow, not a broken scenario.

 

Same thing happened to Matt during Preview stream and he said, he'll pass it to the team to be looked at. So ... it might be fixed in the future ...

 

Just ran into the same trouble. Stuck at a red light facing a freight train and a RE. Weird pathing on the return trip. Falschfahrbetrieb for both, the RE and the rescue train. What for? There's a switch combination to get it to the right path?!
But OK, if Matt promised to have the team looking at it ...

First time from the journeys, second time directly from the scenarios. But nope, this is not "solved".

Had the same issue on Xbox! Initially thought it was me having to walk down to put the reds on in the 112 ( should already be on but hey-ho)

 

Had the same issue on PC! I waited for a long time, hoping that the freight train would eventually come through.

Update : [It's home time]. Like Kamaratko... little faster, without PZB, AFB and SIFA. I finally got the train home.

 

Yep same issue here. Did wonder why at the start you cannot get the other cab to turn on safety systems makes sense now. Got stuck at the same spot.

 

As soon as my daughter can get to editing the videos I recorded, they will get posted documenting what is happening with my game.
I did make the statement as to who reported first and how many times, I did say your name Pipe, and yours Kamaratko, and if it is okay to have your names mentioned, please let me know, also If it is okay add your name rigolo#8694 and yours hyperlord. Again please me know I can ensure it is only to document the time and dates this issue was reported.

No problem you mention me, but Maik DID fix this later on and I was able to complete that scenario.

This was fixed before 24 Aug 2024 when You completed it 24 Aug 2024?
I have not been able to complete it on PC, Ran the scenario 5 times Just a few days ago in TSW4 and 5 my last game update is 21 Nov 2024, a lot has been happening in our personal family life.

Also, another player reported it as a Red light Bug.

Could this be a service on Console9PS5) it is working but on PC it is not working.

 

Hmmm, really sad to hear that. Strange enough, some XBox players also report it "still broken". I'll drive it again on PS5 when I have a bit more time.

So, I've driven that scenario again (last time 15th of August). And, surprise, surprise ....................................... it is broken again on TSW5/PS5. The freight train is stuck behind a red and the rescue train is given the wrong path, waiting forever for return..

This why I'm getting sick and tired of DTG. One step forward, two steps backwards. Not much for release version control in Chatham.

But we get Thomas, yay!

Woo Hoo, Thomas, let's Party. Thanks for getting back to me and confirming yet again that more is broken. Err, it wasn't, but now it is. This is turning into a sick cruel joke.
