This is a weird one. In Sand Patch Grade, alternate skins for the locos and the rolling stock spawn in a pleasingly randomized way- except for two. The Covered Hopper and the Tank Car only ever appear in their default trim. Neither my own Livery Editor jobs nor imported liveries show up at all. Is there something peculiar about those two models?
