This is the master feedback thread for the Southeastern Highspeed: London St Pancras – Ashford Intl & Faversham Route Add-On. Support Information: Southeastern High Speed Gameplay Guide
Everything turns into low Res textures when you zoom In. It's the worst in the javalin but is noticeable in other trains on the route.
There's a freight yard near Ebsfield station lying on a line parallel to high speed line. It used to host auto carriers and few class 66s in TSW3, in TSW4 it has two or three class 66s only. I think with a bit of shunting it is possible to gate out from the yard, take the line, shunt at the end and go to Ashford or Hoo for example. I managed to walk in there, spawn a freight train, set route to e the other end of the line, got green light and went out. Tracks are a bit rough but it felt pretty doable. Until I got a white screen saying: you reached end of the scenery (or something like this) and I was kicked out to "fail menu". Would it be a great deal of work to make this strip of track usable? Maybe it would make a great addition with little effort
Another thing I find a bit weird is Traxxes behaviour on that line. When under wires, German Traxx happily accepts British electrification, showing 15kV on display. As soon as you get out of the wires, everything stops working, you get the advice to get pantograph up and close circuit breaker, display still shows 15kV and pantograph is up. I know that it might sound crazy, but would it be possible to make electric locomotives work everywhere?
Free roam isn't off the rails so electric trains require the right type of ohle (power systems & voltage) or 3rd rail to run on a route. Scenario planner has off the rails mode i believe.
Well, seems not, since Traxx I used is single system 15kV, while UK uses 25kV. Anyway, now you reminded me of "off the rails" mode and I'd love to have it in free roam
I honestly have no clue, it's been there since Friday, I pre-ordered the biggest pack and here it is.
But I have found the part where the highspeed line just before Ebbsfleet Int (coming from Gravesend) where it diverts off is missing third rail where the OLHE starts.
Hello folks, Just tried the railtour service 1o99 with the Class 47/4 on SEHS in TSW4 and get a SPAD error after about 20 seconds in before I even move. Any ideas? Thanks you. Kind regards, Graham
I have restarted the game and now it works. It was my first load after compatible content installed if it makes any difference.
The Class 700 stop markers at Northfleet (heading towards Rainham) and Higham (heading towards Luton) need fixing since the game will only allow me to board passengers at FLU stop markers so the stopping objective will need to be moved to the RLU boards, and at Stone Crossing (heading towards Luton) there is just no Class 700 stop markers.
Class 700 doesn’t appear on my route unless I spawn in driving one. (Reduced timetable ps4) Highham shows no scheduled trains and stations between Dartford - Rainham only show 465s, 395s and 375s.
I could have sworn the reduced timetable was the SEHS timetable without the 700, but could very easily be wrong about that.
On my ps4 the only differences between the full and reduced timetable is the static stock, Ai such as the MML hst and the presence of the TGV
I am still unable to complete and Javelin services (TSW3 & 4). If the game doesn't crash at Stratford then it will when I am at/near the end of completing a Javelin service.
Route looks amazing since the update but northfleet doesn’t look like it does in the game heres a real life photo of northfleet station showing how it looks today
Erm this looks like a bug on the SEHS when going into to tunnels and its relevant in the Bakerloo Line Route too.......I will leave this pic to your imagination and see what you make of it......Look closely, and its not a burst water pipe either.
A bug in other places as well. Doubt they'll fix it, SEHS has a couple of tunnels where the sun shines bright as well.
Its not the routes its actually TSW4 where the bug is, it happens on BCC route, and others too. It did not do it in TSW3, but its doing it in TSW4. Theres also another bug where it reverts some of the settings back to the original. I play in HD on my PS4. But for some reason it keeps reverting it back to 4K, and I have actually saved the settings, but it still does it.
A rainham bound 700 got stuck at a red light not far from Dartford. I was at previous light just near the sidings. I got out to investigate and when I reached the 700 I fell through the ground .
It’s raining in the tunnels & there’s also no rain sounds at all in the cab of the 375(unsure of other trains). Is there any update on the missing pis from the ai trains too?
Class 395 (PC): - Wiper settings are not working as intended. 10 and 60 are working fine but 40 is the same as 60. - Door close interlock button light will come on directly if pressed. It's doesn't light up until the doors are properly closed. - Still no HVAC or Air Conditioning sound if you turn it on in the dirvers cab. - No GSMR working in the cab. While other trains have it. Not a bug or anything but more a little bit of sound feedback. But at highspeed it doesn't sound like you're going 225 km/h. If you listen to the Class 801 (which ofcourse isn't the same train but comes close to it) there is a distinct sound of driving at steel at high speed (if someone understand what I means and can describe it better please do).
Well, there are other buttons in other trains that don't actually do anything like air conditioning for instance. It's one of those features that aren't really necessary/not required to operate the train. Model what is important first then all the extra gimmicks if there is time.
All the important things are pretty much modeled. It's a simulation game where, in my opinion, all the gimmicks make the experience. It's not like there needs to be a major rework of the model to make these things work. Saying that a lot of other buttons don't work on other trains doesn't justify the fact that if they would work, it would greatly enhance the game experience. The feedback forum is a place were we can add these shortcomings. If they do something with it, great, if they don't, well then at least we've tried. It's the same when people say there is a single stop marker missing at a station. It makes the simulation real if the marker is there. Not a big detail, but still something that should be there.
I too like the little inconsequential details in the cab. For example, the Br 110 has adjustable heaters. The dials don’t do anything, no visual changes or sounds, but it’s still nice to turn them appropriately for the weather/season. As you said, not a big detail, but it enhances the experience nonetheless.
Actually, the heaters do glow red proportional to how high they are set. It is the perfect complement to a snowy day and feels very old school, in keeping with the 110 vibe.
A LOT of Low Res issues, particulary when taking screenshots of things such as the Javelin and the 700
Hi all. Does anyone else have issues with the Class 700 Thameslink Luton to Rainham route on the PS4? Basically for me it doesn't exist. When I try to play the route it's actually Dartford to Rainham. Every time yo try to start at Luton it spawns me in at Rainham. Apologies if this has been mentioned by someone else before.
Just for future reference, the destinations you see on the timetable screen are the real world destinations, so it will include off route destinations. So you can only play within the section dtg made. There is a description to the side when you select a service and it tells you where to where it goes.
DT do you have something against America 2 Routes in 2 years all the money I spent on TSW TSW 2 3 And 4 and only 2 US routes is unacceptable I am in Talks with Microsoft about pulling TSW OFF their platform I know Phil Spencer
First, this is for sehs, not us routes. So if you're not new, did you create an account after being banned? Or are you just trolling? Have fun with that. I'm sure it will go well. You didn't have to buy tsw. You knew what you were going into but purchased it anyway
I very much doubt Microsoft would do that, given that you chose to invest in TSW in the first place. There is also more than 2 US routes across all four games, but you seem to have ignored that. Also, this thread has nothing to do with US routes.
Xbox One. The game crashes whenever I reach Stratford or Ashford. It was working fine sometime before June.
