Working more with steam locos now, and am having trouble getting keyboard controls to work for opening the firebox (to add fuel) and adding water to the engine. On the HUD I just click on the Coal (Firebox) and the firebox door opens and fuel is added. Same thing for the water - I click on the water and water is added from the tank. For keyboard control I don't see anything happening for F/Shift-F (open/close locomotive firebox) or K/Shift-K (increase/reduce the flow of steam to the live injector). What am I missing? I've tried with the 4F and UP Challenger. HUD works OK, but I would like to use keyboard shortcuts that I can map to my Stream Deck.
You would need to check the Manual for each type of loco Most of DTG locos are similar but some have different keys to do the same job Peter
