Hello there I brought the Welsh Marches yesterday before it disappeared for good. As it was downloading I noticed it had in brackets (not installed) and when it had finished just added it to the list of my other DLC's. I then noticed that instead of the usual 'Play' button in the games library tab, It was asking me to 'Install' TS2020! I still have all my game files and I can play TS perfectly if I open the game through the desktop icon. For some reason, steam thinks that TS is not installed on my computer when it actually is, all routes, scenarios are right in front of me and playable. Because of this it has not downloaded the Welsh Marches route So I have lost out on money and will be unable to purchase further items through steam as it won't download them. Has anyone else had this recently? Any help is greatly appreciated. Regards
If you have purchased the Welsh Marches Route you will have received an email from Steam to confirm that. Solve the problem as to why Steam thinks you do not have TS installed and the download should start. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8379-RYIP-2998 Anything you buy thru Steam for TS is yours for life. Even if you get a new computer a few years from now. Peter
