PS4 Still Can't Import Tsw3 Profile Into Tsw4

Although I have done everything that I can to import my TSW3 profile into TSW4, the 'Import Profile' button just never shows up. I am also signed into Dovetail Live and the names on both profiles are completely different. (My TSW3 progress is at level 136). I've also done exactly everything that I could, despite the button still not showing up.
