This is a glitch that I and many others exerienced after Rush Hour launched in August where in the menu if you decide to hit B to back out you'd lose all controls and get stuck in the menu unable to do anything, the only solution to close the application And when in game you hit the open map button but then you cant control anything or even close the map, I found unplugging and plugging in my controller and then spamming B works to solve the glitch Both of these glitches vanished in one of the first patches for Rush Hour but they appear to have come back since Yesterdays update
