Dear Dovetail Games, Firstly, I would like to say how impressive the recent UK content for Train Sim World has been, particularly the inclusion of the WCML routes and the upcoming Trent Valley section from Milton Keynes to Crewe. As a long-time railway and Train Sim World enthusiast, I wanted to put forward what I believe could become the most ambitious and successful UK route expansion ever created within the series — a fully connected West Coast Main Line network stretching from London Euston to Glasgow Central, including the Edinburgh branches. What would make this particularly exciting is if each DLC acted as a direct extension add-on to the previous route, eventually allowing players to drive full end-to-end services across the UK network. Suggested Route Expansion Structure: Phase 1 • London Euston → Milton Keynes Phase 2 • Milton Keynes → Crewe (Trent Valley) Branch Connection • Birmingham New Street → Crewe Phase 3 • Crewe → Preston Phase 4 • Preston → Carlisle Phase 5 • Carlisle → Glasgow Central Scottish Branch • Carstairs → Edinburgh Waverley Network Completion • Glasgow Central → Edinburgh This would create the possibility of: • Full-length Avanti West Coast services • Caledonian Sleeper operations • Realistic freight workings across Britain • Long-distance express gameplay never before seen in Train Sim World • Seamless route integration between England and Scotland Additional DLC opportunities could include: • Freight expansion packs • Classic Virgin Trains era content • Enhanced Pendolino features • Sleeper service gameplay • Additional ScotRail and freight operators I genuinely believe this could become Train Sim World’s flagship UK network and would likely attract both existing fans and new players due to the scale and realism of the project. Thank you for continuing to support UK railway content, and I hope this idea may be considered for future development. Kind regards, Craig Weekes
I do always want UK stuff but expanding on the wcml should be put on hold (mainly just routes) locos are fine But more routes should be expanded for example East Coast Main Line
