I think we are in dire need of a SWML route. This route is 80.5 miles which is fairly long but there would be so much service variation. It would have to include the SWR Class 444, 450, 159, 158 and 455 for passenger services, the GBRF Class 69, Freightliner Class 66 (with altered headlights and a removed buckeye coupler) with the MLA and OCA ballast wagons, and FSA container flats. Given the right set year, you could make an add-on featuring the GBRF Class 47/4s doing class 701 drags to and from Eastleigh ArrivaTrainCare depot, similar in concept to the ROG Class 37 and SEW Class 375. New Licenses to be made would have to be with SWR and GBRF. Given that ATS released the Class 90 in a Freightliner livery, I assume there is now a Freightliner license available. Timetable layers would include the Class 220 for XC services between Southampton and Basingstoke, the FCA, FKA, JNA, and MFA wagons could sub in to freight services and add new ones, the other 66s could sub in to freights, GWR and Southern services between Eastleigh and Southampton, and AI only GWR services at Basingstoke, Southern, GX and LO services at Clapham Jn. You could also have a Class 08 from WCML Shap or Blackpool Branches at Eastleigh yard to do shunting, and light loco moves with the ROG Class 37, 66, and DRS Class 20. This would make an incredible route in my opinion, you have so many kinds of services to chose from. There would be so much you don't need any of the branch lines to Hampton Court, Alton, Chessington, or Guildford via Epsom. One thing I would be hugely annoyed at is if DTG remade the Portsmouth Direct Line for TSW. That line diverges at Woking and doesn't have anywhere near as much service variation. I would spend hours on end on this route if it were made for TSW. I am most passionate about it because it passes through my home town, and popular TSW youtuber LaZeR JeT's home town. I've been yapping for quite a bit now so I'm gonna stop. Final thing is: D O N T C U T T H E R O U T E A T B A S I N G S T O K E.
