PlayStation Texture Glitch Livery Editor For Up Ac4400cw

I am recently working on repaints on US lines. My favorite of which are the C&NW AC4400CWs. There is just one problem: The lower part ofvthe locomotive including the fuel tanks automatically get painted too. Now this isn’t an issue if you could just add another layer and clean up those areas but the issue is that this isn’t possible. No matter what I try I can’t adjust the colors in these areas. So the bottom half of the locomotive is bright orange. But here is the thing when zooming in the texture is glitchy mess. This affects the hand rails as well. I don’t know if they are aware of the issue, but it would be great if they could fix this.
