Hi dovetail! I was just wondering Could you add the Thameslink Routes that go to Bedford, Brighton, London St Pancras, Rainham, Peterborough, Cambridge, Sutton, Deptford, Woolwich, Abbey wood, Slade Green, Greenwich, Plumstead and With the class 700 As well, Later on in the year if you don't have plans to do it now, Thanks!
Is there any relevance in this question given train sim world 3 totally different to ts classic or am I missing something?
It deviated from the OP but I think it is valid. There has been crossover in sound usage between the two DTG sims in the past for some units I believe (by way of using AP sound files in TSW) ....... As for OP, that is a big ask. BML exists already but obviously those reaches of Kent, Cambridge, Bedford, Sutton Loop, the actual Thameslink through London and everything in between is a looooooot of track miles. It'd be cool if something was in the pipeline but we'll just have to stay tuned. I doubt it though.
Correct because the goal is to have the Class 700 getting realistic sounds that's why I brought up Class 700 AP sounds otherwise TSW 3 Class 700 will sound like a 395 on AC DC Class 444. Those sounds really make up a TSC Class 700
Yea, dtg have been using ap sounds for tsw for several uk content (66, electrostars, 465, 313, 314, wagon sounds). That way it feels realistic and immersive. And given ap has 700 sounds, dtg will be able to use those. And for other uk content, if ap has the recordings, dtg can use those as well through a licensing agreement
All are valid points and here are TSC Class 700 sound issue quote Discussion about 700 DC sound and for best value Thameslink Class 700 can be paired with Acela Express and ICE-T as Rush Hour Train Pack or this proposed route.
