My Train Simulator doesn't work anymore! I haven't played in a week or 2 because when I try to launch RailWorks64.exe even as administrator, This error message shows up,
    RailWorks64.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b) click OK To close the application.
I also tried running RailWorks.exe but the same (0xc00007b) error showed up and it's so annoying because I have tried doing every method possible to fix this! reinstalling the game, Verifying integrity, Reinstalling Microsoft.NET Framework, Downloading DirectX, downloading vrcruntime, copying msvcr140.dll and vrcruntime140.dll to SysWOW64, I even tried the Regedit method but that failed to fix the f###ing problem!
    Guess what,

I even tried resetting the pc

    same error

    which

    means

    this

    error

    is

Have you tried verifying your game files from the Steam console?

Apologies if you know how, but if you don't:
    • Open Steam Console
    • Select Library>Home
    • All your Steam games are listed down the left hand side
    • Right click Train Simulator>Properties
    • Opens up another window.
    • Select the Local Files tab.
    • Verify Integrity of game files

How about a full uninstall and reinstall? Drastic measures but its something else to try.

I'm sure you have already searched for a solution but it seems to be something to do with running 32bit on a 64 bit or vice versa.

One suggestion I found was to try running as an administrator.

A shot in the dark here but have you made TS an Exception on your antivirus?

didiergamer65 You have mentioned in another thread you managed to resolve this issue.

    What was the solution?
