They've hidden their new release in plain sight and hardly anyone has got it yet.

 

Must admit my feeble brain is struggling a bit with the cryptography here!

 

Is it the first picture with the white 66? The clue are the three silos or tanks in the background? New UK freight or mixed route with a new operator (GBRf, Freightliner)? Now, where could those silos/tanks be? There seems to be OHLE.

Oh, and wait a second. Why is Frankfurt Flughafen FERNBAHNHOF mentioned? To date, they only spoke of the Regionalbahnhoof loop. Would be nice, of course, to include this and make ICEs driveable between Flughafen and Hbf.

 

I really hope that isn’t it.

... the Fernbahnhof cut out that is explicitly mentioned as one of Frankfurt S-Bahn stations now, MAN SD 202 which is a very specific bus for 1986-2009 era (West-)Berlin, and a bus in ozeanblau livery that could suggest a backdated 218, but somebody said that it's also some regular livery in UK.

The 430 picture shows some new catenary assets, but I didn't notice anything else of interest there.

Ah yes the Class 14 @ 50 gala. The Ecclesbourne Valley Railway did a Class 14 @ 60 gala last year which was very good until one of the visiting Class 14s failed at Duffield, throwing the timetable out. The EVR made a hash at getting a rescue loco down to Duffield with that Duffield - Wansford train leaving 2hrs late

Lol, here I was coming to this thread to say it was a shame they didn't do a teaser! Kind of a shame it's something we now know about rather than a bit of suspense, but maybe one to pick up nonetheless. Awful memories, but still memories, travelling on the 142, Northern al-beit, but I believe some were in that livery
