Intro Hi, I got a loco DLC suggestion for The Racetrack. The the Metra F40PHM. Why I want the F40PHM? I want the entire Metra fleet on the Racetrack. Other than that let's get right in. METRA F40PHM The F40PHM is officially the F40PH except it doesn't have a hood, it has a sloped cab. It is also officially the Metra version of the F69PHAC, I'm not 100% sure about that, this was just my big guess. And also, like I said before, if it's the F40PHM-2, then it has the older logo, and if its an F40PHM-3 then it has the restored logo on it. Manufacturer: EMD Build date: 1991-1992 Rebuilt: 2015-2020 Length: 56 ft Top speed: 103-110 Horse Power: 3,200 F40PHM-2 F40PHM-3 Metra owns 118 F40s in total. Metra owns 118 F40s in total. The F40PHM-2 has the classic logo and the F40PHM-3 has the restored logo. This is what the horn and bell sound like (same P5 horn as F40PH) Conclusion Thank you so much for listening. The Racetrack Route and it's Metra trains were not made by DTG but by Chicago & Southwest Productions They might be the best people to ask.
I believe that name was just used as a project name for the route, it was built with help from Rick Gout of Gtrax and Skyhook Games, as well as other people, who I don lt recognize. As far as US loco DLCs are concerned, there is only 5 developers active atm.... DTM (Who usually does vintage locos, dont think they will do this) Travel By Train (Does some diesel locos, but only have done freight) TheLocoShop (Only has done 2 locos, both Norfolk Southern, their later release is a mess) Reppo (Mainly works as a contract developer for DTG, did work on locos such as the SD9043MAC and the Gp60, their last standalone release was Metro North Related.) Smokebox (Steam only) But there is very little chance of this loco dlc ever happening, you are better off to see if someone can do it freeware.
