Hey sorry I’m behind again, been busy with a little something and the cat. It’s of he’s head lol.

Anyway I’m absolutely amazed on how well these look now. Massive difference from the ones I last commented on.
Im definitely surprised by the work you have done. Tbh with you I wasn’t sure if you would continue with all that’s being going on, so yes man you’ve definitely been hard at behind the scenes.

Keep the fantastic work up because as I mentioned earlier about seeing how this turns out well I do mean it mate.
    Looks great it really does:)

I I what’s this. I’m a little unfamiliar with many different TOCS or is this a fictional piece of work?.
Looks clean and as Jplays says maybe try tidying the front end up.
And for the colour yellow then I’ve noticed that the yellow is far more paler than a deep rich colour.
I’ve been picking it up in my own work so from the photo then I’d say the yellow work to be fair.

If there anything I could help you with just give us a shout:)

Took me from last night to now with a few hours sleep in between to get this done.
I never knew how hypo a Cat could get lol.

So yes I thought I’d finally dip my toe into making a fun fictional Military reskin now the new Military pack is out.
    Do I Buy???.

WIP but not a lot to do before it’s completed.

66 141 “In the Army Now” HOOKHAUL MILITRA. fictitious work.

Wanted a playful theme with some real world elements. So messed around with safety labels and logo.
Just a bit of fun really.

Sort of. By the looks of it, it's based off of the First Capital Connect Livery that Thameslink used on some of it's rolling stock. However the 378s have only been used on London Overground so the livery has just been adjusted to fit the body of the train (similar to what I did with my 22x liveries for the 801)

Very nice. I don't have the pack, but I bet this livery works well with the pack

I follow you know so something like this, as I’m messing around with a 385 for Thameside or have I got it all wrong.
I’m not good on my areas or operations you see.

Thanks I’ve wanted to do one. Even this which has been sat for two years now.

Based of a SR 71 Blackbird. So I’m quite interested in the pack but not sure after most things I’ve bought recently have been a bit of a let down. I’ll see if it’s worth it.

Pretty much yeah. I mean you sort of compromise with the angles and components of the train and then adjust what you were going for to fit in with the bodyshell

I have been noticing that the rake angle is nearly the same on these modern classes. It could be a design feature that must be regulated for a standard design for UK units. Ie gage or route accessibility so on a swing out on a curve the body don’t hit platforms or bridges etc.
So yes your right I am make some compromises where needed yet that rake angle at the rear seems to remain the same.

A 158 with the 385 for comparison. Actually the rake is different here. And that’s working of the body shell.
IMG_4306.jpeg IMG_4558.jpeg It’s more of an astute angle on the 158.
