with the imminent release of tadami line on TSW, I’ve become obsessed with japanese railways so I bought the TSC base game and the tohoku high-speed main line because of E5 series (and I noticed the H5 series is also included in the pack) as someone who has always played TSW but never TSC, I’m a bit confused by the controls, they seem quite different from TSW's and I couldn't find a tutorial for the E5 (I don't think there is one) I also couldn't find an option in the graphics settings to lock the FPS would it work if I use RivaTuner to lock the FPS at 60 (which is my TV's refresh rate)? dealing with screen tearing is a hassle...
