Steam Train Blocking Way

so I was playing the Hanau Hbf to Wiesbaden Hbf route and I had this red signal that I bypassed, the game didn't stop me, and now there is this train thats not moving at all and is blocking me from progressing the route.

 

I don't know whats happening with the train in front of me.

 

the train is just sitting at the station platform with all the doors opened
