Hope your patience will be rewarded :)
In Europe, it is usually 5-6 PM UTC.
    Fingers crossed!

Went into Steam via my account and was able to cancel the purchase. Nothing against Rivet but would rather have Clinchfield and can get my Swiss fix via the Berina line, both parts.

In Poland, this means 6-7 PM. I hope, You are close to this in Canada now :)
Then write what this route looks like from the perspective of a demanding user!

I wouldn't expect anything for another 45 minutes.

Looking at the Stream I know the Swiss route is like catnip to Jamie but found his praise of the swiss route having Electric Trains in 1914 puzzling when he seemed to suggest the Swiss route was way ahead in tech compared to the UK.
Don't get me wrong I think the route is a great bit of engineering but dissing the UK at the same time? London had electric trains in 1890 and I found this,

the UK now also has Battery and Hydrogen trains which don't use those ugly power lines, I wonder if Jamie could praise these ?
