As said already the 4f is part of West Somerset mastery and so is unlikely to be a hint.

 

However I would love to see a 4f though.

However, it would be easy to code then make an entirely new engine. It's premodeled, just needs a touch up. Then they just have to add an interior, and sell it as an engine DLC for that route. They also already have the rolling stock. Making this a valuable hint and asset for the future. Sore, maybe not immediately after the first steam route, but still.

 

I believe that it was just a low detail TSC model with no physics so would probably be just as easy to start from scratch.

 

They literally just update the model some and add physics. Shouldn't be that hard.

Add new textures, working connecting and valve gear, simugraph for a steam engine completely different from a Jubilee or 8F, new, detailed cab with working controls and gauges... sure, knock it out in an afternoon.

 

It's not, it was picked by Adam' team for a mastery idea only. The model comes from TS and does not have many details. A steam loco DLC would be nice, but I would like a shunting engine for that purpose, a Jinty would be nice I think or something else in that range.

Meaning that would would have been planned to become either part of, or an engine DLC at some point in time.

 

Incorrect. They had it lying around in TSC. It's a TSC model, not a TSW model.

 

Could Njt be coming to TSW 2 or could the Worcester/Framingham or Newburyport/rockport be coming to the Boston sprinter route for TSW 2 on the next roadmap?
