Hello guys, what are your thoughts about the potential announcement of the new iteration of the game ?
Why do we need yet another thread and in Suggestions too, when they’re already several running on what might or might not be TSW4..?
Very off topic but I had to double take at that because as I read it I was listening to Take on Me and when I read this it helped me to remember it was Aha who sung the song. Brilliant song and should, to keep on topic, be the theme tune for TSW4 when it eventually comes.
And just to go even further off topic, I really hope there is a Stray 2! Well actually there is a train sim connection as in one of the missions the cat has to procure an atomic battery to power up the old city subway system, then “drives” the train from Midtown round to the Control Centre. Clever boogars, these cats… So by extension TSW4 needs more cats, with or without robot backpacks and we need to see cats driving AI services. I’ll get my meds…
East Midlands Trains don't exist anymore yet they feature in the route, same with BR. A said above not all routes are set in the present and that is a good thing.
Idk, I'll have to be alright with it since they'll just automatically switch TSW3 to TSW4 on gamepass shortly after release. It's going to be a pain to reinstall everything.
seems to me it probably is TSW4, I will wait and watch the upcoming stream on Tuesday. Quite gutted if it is, I’ve voiced my thoughts on it elsewhere so I won’t here. If it is I probably won’t aim to pick it up for few months, not guaranteed to stick to that as I have to see how things go, and how it comes together etc. I’ve been taking a break quite a bit from TSW lately, trying out other games I usually don’t get a lot of time on.

Plus, FirstGroup won’t give us the license for SWR. That’s why IOW is off brand. We have the Stagecoach license and a SWT route is highly requested, AND is more likely to be put in the game.
