Thanks to everyone who replied... Bit late I know, but just to let everyone know that I finally got this sorted!!! Turns out that I was mis sold a key... The key I purchased was advertised for TS 2019 but was actually TS2020...!!!

After lots of "tooing & froing" I eventually got it sorted in a round a bout way!!!

Thanks again to all who responded...
