A pair of class 411s cross on a typical foggy morning on the Chatham Line commuter run. This EMU has to be one of the best units available for TS as we speak, the attention to detail is incredible.
Picked this beauty up in the sale, the Class 419 MLV BEMU One heck of a challenge for a little single car battery / 3rd rail unit and even better when you slam a 4-VEP on the back. Highly recommend.
A 12 car Class 325 formation waiting for a couple of northbound GNERs to overtake, before being let onto the two-track stretch from Holme Jct into Peterborough.
OMG how big is your garden? LOL I get where you are coming from though, not everyone's cup of tea design wise but did the job intended, fast acceleration, fast braking etc. I am setting myself a challenge on how late can I hit the brakes Lewis Hamilton style into Bromsgrove without overshooting. Loadsafun
1) Spring Lines - A Network Southeast (NSE) Class 455 after Chatham towards Faversham 2) Ascendance - A coal unit train bound for Kaiser Steel shortly after leaving Helper towards Soldier Summit 3) Gloomy Day - Mixed UP power runs the #3 track through Sherman Hill delivering a string of autoracks 4) Gloomier Day - A BR blue-grey Class 101 crosses over the bed of a dried out stream on the Somerset & Dorset railroad
1) Posing with the Beast - While certainly not as fast as a Mustang, it's definitely stronger and cooler 2) Autumn in the Moselle Valley - An ES64F4 duo takes an ore train to Ehrang 3) Sneaky - A Union Pacific GP35 takes a string of covered hoppers through Massillon Steel Mill 4) The other ES - A trio of Union Pacific ES44ACs takes a M-GRNY manifest from Laramie towards Denver
The Wycombe branch. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=181524295 The loco is a reskin of the DTG BR Blue Class 24, by Springer6 (Maurice Gambles). Availble from UKTS: https://www.uktrainsim.com/filelib-info.php?form_fileid=39384
I highly recommend this route, it's called the Columbia Valley Pacific (located on Railworks America).
That's a pretty route indeed. I have three screenies saved from Steam. Here is one for those who prefer colors.
In complete contrast to the recent postings, I personally am not into modern plastic locos, but must admit the guy that turns up for work in a morning and have one of these as his office for the day must have one hell of a grin on his face, 300kph + I just spent an hour driving Donner Pass and barely got over 30 LOL
I'm mostly driving UK 1940s, 50s and 60s routes, but I do agree that Columbia Valley Pacific route looks very decent. What time period is it set in? The vans look like 1900s-1910s, but the car on the 2nd pic looks like a 1940s one.
Thanks for the link to this cracking little route, I have spent most of today driving up and down in various scenarios, absolutely love it. Cheers
Just love the AP weather pack, all the images below were taken from the same scenario, talk about 4 seasons in one day.
