Train Simulator Classic Update Notes – 22/07/2022

Today we are bringing an update for Tehachapi Pass and NZR Ja Class. Details of Both Below.

Tehachapi Pass - Rough download size of patch should be 582.6MB.

• Updates to Brakes - Replacing ""MinimalReduction"" (in the TrainBrakeControl controller) with ""HoldLapped"" in ES44AC
• Updates to Brakes - Replacing ""MinimalReduction"" (in the TrainBrakeControl controller) with ""HoldLapped"" in BNSF ES44AC
• Updates to Time of Day to fix the Sun / Moon to be in the South rather than the north.

NZR Ja Class - Rough download size of this patch should be 3.1MB.

• This fixes an intermittent problem for some users, leading to the loco shaking around and eventually jumping off the track.

The update will download automatically for owners when it becomes available. Players should allow at least 24 hours after restarting Steam for the update to appear and before contacting Customer Support.
