Hello everyone, TrainGeek08 here, and this isn't a new Creators Club Roadmap, nor a new Creators Club release announcement. This is something different entirely... (as you could've guessed by the title ) Today, I have started pondering whether I start using community-made mods (available through the likes of Train Sim Community) to make my releases better. Specifically the use of extra-paths mods so that my scenarios can become more varied and unique on routes i.e. Mildmay Line or ScotRail eXpress: Edinburgh-Glasgow. This would only be sporadic though. Most of my releases will still be mod-less releases (as they are presently). However, I have a massive console-shaped hole I have to address; I don't know what proportion of my 'fanbase' play on PC and what proportion play on console. If my 'fanbase' is more console-based, then this wouldn't be a feasible road to go down. On the converse side, it may end up making my scenarios way better for the PC players. Unfortunately, us creators don't get given that information through Creators Club (yes, it would help DTG ). So, my question to players of my content; what platform do you play on? Please answer the poll provided as it will help me weigh this up . I am interested in your thoughts on me potentially exploring using community mods as part of my content going into 2027. Any gathered feedback from both the poll and any comments will be taken onboard and weighed up, because it's you guys who play the content. I want to hear the voices of those who play my content, so you can collaborate with me as the creator to see whether this avenue is the right one to go down. Thank you all, TG08 .
