Here is the livery, the BR Large Logo blue livery on the 40, with some light weathering on the underside of the locomotive :).

Here's the side view of the livery. Pretty straightforward to be honest ;). (Used the same colours as 37424 and 66789 before it!)

The back is the same as the front I'm afraid... How unfortunate :D.

And here it is with a special guest at London Euston :D:

Anyway, I hope you are looking forward to this livery releasing, I'm TrainGeek08 as always, enjoy the rest of your day and I'll leave you with a group photo of all of my BR Large Logo blue liveried locomotives lined up. Anyway, I'll see you for the next announcement, until then, it's goodbye :).

Year In Review (so far) - January to March 2025:

Hello all, TrainGeek08 here, and today I'm going to review how well I think my creations have done throughout the first few months of 2025. This is going to be a long one, and this post is a true representation of how I feel the mods I have released so far have done.

WARNING: I may sound harsh/critical at times, either to myself or to subscribers of my content. If this is the case, this is not against any of you individually, but instead as a general consensus. Think about it as me being harsh to myself for thinking you all would like particular scenarios or liveries. It is not designed to blame the subscribers of my content but myself as the creator. Thank you. (In other words, it's just me being open with you all for once ;).)

NOTE: All subscriber counts are as of the creation of this thread, so they may have changed if you view this post in the future.
SECOND NOTE: Formations are not being included in the list (for obvious reasons).

    LIVERIES:
    JANUARY:
National Express ScotRail - 12 subscribers
    GBRf '66301' - 78 subscribers
    Train Charter - 43 subscribers

    FEBRUARY:
    CargoServ - 25 subscribers
    GMPTE RR - 12 subscribers

    MARCH:
    BWEGT - 34 subscribers
    Old MBTA - 27 subscribers
    C40PS '40145' - N/A (not released yet)

TrainGeek08: From what we see here, my liveries have not done so well on a general note...

Let's start in January. This is my best month in terms of livery creation so far, as I have two liveries here that have higher subscriber counts than anything else on this list.

February though, is where it turns downhill very quickly... This is something I'm unhappy about as a creator. Seeing a livery that I put an hour and a half to two hours into getting that many subscribers is beyond me. What happened? I thought you enjoyed my Vectron liveries... clearly not this one, that's for sure :(.

On a slightly more positive note as we move into March, we seem to have gained our mojo back a little bit! The two liveries I have released so far have more subscribers than both of February's liveries combined. This has lifted my spirits a little bit after an abysmal February. I want this upwards trajectory to keep going into April and beyond. I know that typically I'm a scenario kind of person, but I still have the courage to give liveries a go. I'm hoping for an improvement over the coming months in this area...

SCENARIOS: (Railfan scenarios will be covered separately)

    JANUARY:
    IC2270 Warnemunde - 54 subscribers
    NJ Wien - 159 subscribers
    ES9411 Koln - 57 subscribers

    FEBRUARY:
Scottie to Miney - 17 subscribers
    RB79 Gemunden - 34 subscribers
    R 91 Murzzuschlag - 37 subscribers
    2U20 PNZ-CDF - 21 subscribers

    MARCH:
    1R08 EDB-GLQ - 19 subscribers
Farewell Budd-y - N/A (not released yet) (scenario pack)

    TrainGeek08:
Now we are talking. Onto my forte...

January was a great month for scenarios. There is a potential candidate for my best scenario of the year already in there. I'm so delighted with how January went as a whole, and I thought I could continue this momentum into February...

However, once again, less subscribers... This makes me feel down to be fair. I ask myself "Do people respect my creations?". It seems that February was a bad month for content across the board really. I will take my side of the blame for not having them up to your standards, but again, what happened? It just wasn't there unfortunately.

How well has March been? I'm glad you asked, because it seems to be February version 2 on the scenario side. I get that March is livery populated, so I cannot judge you all too harshly, but the subscriber counts are still slacking. Not impressed so far. However, let's hope Farewell Budd-y makes you all redeem yourselves huh? ;)

    RAILFAN SCENARIOS:
Now, for a little bit of backstory before I review subscriber counts, and issue my stance on them going forward.

I thought about the idea of doing Railfan scenarios, after seeing how well BlueSpec's examples were doing on Creators Club. So I thought, why not do it myself? That's how they came into being, it was going to be one scenario on the first day of each month, so it would kick off the month with some different content from the usual livery/scenario. When you look at these subscriber counts, you can imagine what I'm going to say...

    Carlisle - 46 subscribers
    Hayes & Harlington - 24 subscribers
    Essen Hbf - 15 subscribers
Salzburg Hbf - N/A (not released yet)

Downhill again... what a surprise!?! Clearly this idea hasn't gone well with you all. It's something I gave a go, and it seems that you all don't enjoy them as much as my regular content. This is not your fault, nor mine, but someone has to take responsibility for this failure. And that person is me (as the creator).

So, with those feelings and opinions in mind, I have decided to continue doing Railfan scenarios until the month of June, and from then, it will be scrapped. What's the point of having a stupid idea existing in the release schedule if people aren't going to play it? I may be sounding too critical and harsh on myself, but this is genuinely how I feel the Railfan scenario idea has gone. It has dreadfully derailed (excuse the pun) :(. There is only one word that sums up this disaster class: FAILURE.

    A New Project?
To lighten the mood before I cannot stop critiquing my own work, I might be approaching a new project on the horizon. Nothing on the matter can be said yet, but all I'll say is I'm not alone...

I am going to collaborate with rigsby#3981 on this new project. What could the project be about? The official announcement will be not only unveiled on my thread here, but over on Lee's thread too. We're looking for the community to get involved as well, so it's not going to just be us. More to be revealed soon!

Anyway, thanks all for reading this rather different post today. I really appreciate it :).

    TrainGeek08.

    Hey TG08,,,it’s me:)

Just want to say I appreciate you being honest as a creator. Especially if you feel spending time on certain aspects of what you do is in some sense of the word, a waste of time. Time is the most valuable commodity yet we can’t buy time when it’s gone.
Anyone in the right mind would take all the necessary action needed to avoid wasting valuable time.

I would as I’m sure others would do too. As a creator myself I feel it’s only fair to ourselves and to Fans or Followers of the situation.
As you say tho it’s not always about the receiving, even tho it’s a part of what we do. I agree, yet in the past I have seen that it’s me or the work I place out that’s the problem. So if a creator reaches this point, then I feel it’s time to reassess the situation.
Be a personal one or on matters that are from a creative standpoint.

Here myself have had a few ups and downs. Which effects work, work I do for user to enjoy while I get the enjoyment of doing what I love by creating them. The challenges that we face when dealing on a project or a livery. I have a number of challenges ahead of me, it’s a one major factor on why I have taken to decision to reach out for assistance, the support I feel that is required for the challenges that I foresee.
Yet I don’t make things easy and so by TG08 making a small announcement of our decisions to form a partnership, having TG08 will make this happen for you the community.

And a lot lot more,,,. But WAIT!, I’ve nearly spilt the Beans. So I will simply say this, we will need you, the community’s to support TG08 and I on our endeavour in providing more than a little surprise.

So I’d like to give a big thank you to TG08 for allowing this project to be where I and He envision it to be, I couldn’t do this without TG08.
Thus I will help and support him in what ever challenges He faces as a community member and as a partner to what we have planned.
Here I hope you’ll support TG08 and our partnership the best way you can.

    The things you do best:)
More will be revealed soon, but sadly it’s all Hush Hush for now.

I’ll now hand you back to TG08 as I will be doing a small announcement soon from one of my own threads.
So keep your eyes open for more information or updates from me and of course TG08.

Cheers TG08, wishing you the best on your own journey and to the success of our partnership.
    Rigsby#3981. Or Lee/ TSLP.

Good evening everyone! Apologies folks on the delayed release of the formation. This made scenarios 1, 2, 3 and 5 all unplayable. All because I put LIRR in the description on Creators Club (copyright...).

My bad. But it is out now! Go enjoy driving the M3 on its last run along the LIRR ever before scrap :(.

I appreciate your response Lee, I really do. You've summed it up perfectly here, so I'll not repeat anything you've said. You've got the nail on the head there ;).

Again, I agree with everything you have said here.

Exactly, we both know that's how both you and I want the partnership to head. That's in a positive direction as that'll mean we are one step closer to success!

I am honoured to be working with someone of your caliber on this project. You know, it's not often I get asked to do collaborations with other creators. Community support will only help us with this journey, and I hope that it goes as well as both me and you both envision. I appreciate the kind words and any future support you may give me and vice versa.

And yeah. Don't spill the beans too early mate... :D

Thank you so much mate! And to you too of course.

For those who are curious, here are the threads you might want to scour in for the project:

Works Shed: Liveries - The Works Shed. | Dovetail Games Forums

    And of course in here!

I think some examples have been scrapped, but the MTA are planning on getting 160 M9A units to replace the M3 units on the LIRR as part of their 2025-2029 plan. So this scenario pack is a depiction of what a farewell tour would look like when the final M3 set ever runs on the LIRR in the coming years :(.

    Hey TG08.

I just like to say that supporting you and if I can more community members is very important.
But without going over what’s already been said, then simply as a community member I’d do what I can within my skill set.
There is many members out there you being one this has added many hours of content be here or on CC. Members that share the same or slightly different passions with there own skill sets.

But sometimes it can get to much and why I appreciate your openness, again we’re only Human. It can be a little to much for me to due to personal circumstances. This often interferes with my passion for being here mixing with community members and my work.
I don’t want that to be the case no more.

Help, Support. We never really know who we’re taking to behind our screens. All I do know is we’re all here in the the same boat.
Be with game issues, scenarios, livery’s all things TSW which means Trains.
Again tho regardless of this we are all Human, so we may have the same issues as I have become more aware of this on here.
We all have something going on in our lives.

So being here maybe a break away from all that, thus why make anyone’s time difficult, we share the shame passions and love for TSW and Trains. And why as a member I try help or support others. Because I know my limitations and I do need help and the support at times.
    We all do, that’s life.
I’m not going to pretend I’m something I am not either, isn’t in my nature.
I need help as what TrainGeek08 does I could never do in a million years, He has lots of passion for what he does and does it well.
And why that little idea whirling around my crazy mind has quickly escalated to the stage I and now we have come too.

This I couldn’t do with TrainGeek08. We’re trying to enjoy our love for what we do by bring our minds together to bring us all together for the Railway 200 event. I can’t thank him enough for this support nor for his kind words.

Because yes it all about the event but an event can’t be great with out all those Men and Women who make it happen.
By having TrainGeek08 on board and hopefully more of you soon we can make something great happen for the event and for us as a community to come together.

To enjoy, be kind to each other and give support when support is need.

Okay well, I’ll end there before I go on for another two hours, as I am sure you can appreciate what is involved to make this happen.
So I will thank you TrainGeek08 for sharing the links needed to help you the community understand what is what and who essentially is responsible.

Here I will just say that due to being in the early stages and the amount of interest shown that I will make a full announcement on the Rail 200 Preparations/ Ideas Thread. This is to help in move forward the project in a centralised manner and for ease of us the creators.

Bye from me, and thank you TrainGeek08, and to all those that have shown support over the last few days.

    It truly means a lot.
    Lee, TSLP.

Here is the announcement of that project me and rigsby#3981 have been talking about: (courtesy of Lee himself!)

"The Project is now open for the team to focus on bringing some exciting ideas to celebrate Rail 200 for you, the community to enjoy or be involved with.

Below is a link to explain further on the official event by the event owners.
    https://www.networkrail.co.uk/stories/all-aboard-railway-200

All here on the community members have no official connections with the owners or promoters of Rail 200. We the team are just members of the DTL community getting together to enjoy a once in a lifetime opportunity.

A must for any true rail enthusiasts.

    Ok, Let’s meet the team.

For those that don’t know much about me, then my name is Lee. I also produce work under the alias of TSLP. And of course my community username. I am the founder of the project. I say project, but it would not reach this stage without the support of two fantastic people who I believe have the ability to make this what it has now become. A project that can only be done with their involvement, so here as community and part of the team members then I can’t thank you enough. All this is happening because of your involvement.

So come on who are they? Who does what?.
Okay. I hope I'll point you all in the right direction as each member will be responsible for a set task overlooked by me. This is so all members have the necessary direction and as a team make decisions that may be necessary in order to achieve our collective goal. It’s also structured like this so you (the community) can be aware of each member’s area relative to the success of this project. This is vital not only to this as a project but also for their own personal threads, and again for you (the community) to interact with based on your interest in each member’s work.

Here I am delighted to announce the members who are participating as of now.

Firstly allow me to introduce TrainGeek08 (that's me), a member of the community that I feel needs no introduction due to his wide userbase and his constant hard work to provide quality content such as scenarios. I believe he has the ability and so much knowledge that is key to the success of the project. TG08 is the man for job and so his task right now is working on some special scenarios. He is the man to go to in relation to all things route related and scenarios based. He is free as a team member to work with the community, so he and you can make this what I envisioned. Us working as team and you (the community members) be involved to celebrate Rail 200.

Because you to are as vital to this project more than anything, we the team need your help. More on that in a moment though.
    So moving on.

Now time for our second Team member "Mr Mystery". This is not his real name unless he has a fetish for role playing. Just kidding but I feel quite rude as he is a mystery to me. But what I do know is I believe he has the skillset needed for what I would say is a very difficult task. The reveal of "Mr Mystery" is... Drum Roll Please... JPlayz! JPlayz has come from nowhere really, but if fate is a thing then he really is a godsend. He has shared with me his passion for being artistic and his love for creating liveries in general. As I say, he couldn’t have come at a better time, and to be involved at such short notice too. So JPlayz your a good man, a proper star for doing this. Like I say folks JPlayz has a difficult job to do because he will be doing something very hard to do for the event in terms of designing and than the actual application. I feel quite bad as yes I was going to attempt that myself but I don’t have the time nor the skills that I feel are necessary to add to the project. JPlayz is dealing with all that, so like TrainGeek08 they both will manage each area of task given but to be engaged with you the community to help them complete their task and as us the community to make this happen.

I feel this is important of me to be clear on in relation to who is responsible so credit is given fairly.
Obviously as the use of the Rail 200 logo may be used, WE the TEAM have no ownership or credit for that work and is solely owned by NETWORK RAIL. WE the TEAM are adhering to rules set out in the T&C and so used under those terms of use. Yet I as an individual may have been a little excited with some of my work, and so hopefully I will be having a discussion about these matters on a personal level.

BUT any work that TrainGeek08 (as the creator of the scenario products) and JPlayz (as the creator of the livery products) then all credit goes to them as the creators. I have given both members the ideas, but they are the ones running with it to make it happen. Again, I say all this as a key member of the team as I feel it’s my responsibility to do so. My idea but for the work done, then I have no rights as a creator, the credit for the creation goes to the respective creator by TrainGeek08 or JPlayz .

So what are we (the team) actually doing, what's it all about. And why are we (the community) vital?.
Okay. To put it simply, the core aim right now is to celebrate Rail 200, that is essentially the key aim. As individuals we have formed a partnership to bring it to fruition in what we do best. Again, the Importance of TrainGeek08 and JPlayz based on their skills and personal interests in Rail 200.

Now Rail 200 is to celebrate the birth of modern railways and it would be a shame for anyone that loves rail full stop to miss out. Be from a driver to a young person wanting to get involved, but not sure how. We (the team) want to make this happen for you (the community) and so we need your help. We are planning on a few things that when completed will be available for all to use. But it would be absolutely amazing if you would like to share your ideas, the work you have done. WE NEED YOUR CREATIVE MINDS TO FLOW. Why? Because your livery could be placed for a special chartered service to help the team achieve our goal support and celebrate Rail 200 with you involved. So please, this is open to anyone interested because it’s a national event, which means we should celebrate this together on TSW5.

We do really need your support folks, we really do. So the doors are now open for you to come and share your ideas or show off what you have done to celebrate Rail 200. Because that's what the team here are looking for. As I say, this is open to anyone so please don’t hesitate or have doubts in your skills or ideas. Just have fun! Be creative with this as that’s what it’s all about.

Us all coming together for a good of the Rail 200 event. And a community as a whole! :)

Well that’s it folks, I’ll be back tomorrow to hopefully see all your fantastic ideas and work.
All members here, I'm looking forward to you being involved, and so if you’re interested then please contact the team members, who will respond (including myself) when we can. All I ask that we all respect that us creators need time to work on our separate projects. This is because for some, that time is quite difficult to find.

Members here want this project to be perfect for you (fans of TSW5), so with your help and feedback then together we can make it happen for the benefit of celebrating Rail 200 and everyone that contributes.

Thank you all for supporting us and the team here looks forward to having you involved.

    Many many thanks.
From Me (Lee) and the Team Members TrainGeek08 and JPlayz."

Hello all, I have something to share regarding a scenario I am making for the aforementioned Rail 200 project. For more information about the scenario, check out the Rail 200 Thread, where I'll explain what the scenario entails etc.

Here is a basic plan of what it involves:

    Scenario Title: 1Z01 CRE-XWF (87)

Scenario Starting Location: Milton Keynes Central Platform 2
Scenario Ending Location: Willesden Brent Siding 8 (goes past Wembley, so the event will be seen as you go past heading to the end location)

    Scenario Start Time:
    08:25
    Scenario Date: 27th September 2025
    Scenario Weather: Light Clouds

    Scenario Duration:
(unknown as of yet) (scenario is unfinished)
Scenario Difficulty: (as above) (as above)

Required DLC (as it stands, will update when necessary):

West Coast Main Line South (the route that the scenario occurs on, AI traffic)
West Coast Main Line Over Shap (player train)
    West Cornwall Local (AI traffic)
Great Western Express (AI traffic, may make a formation with the WCML 66 instead)

    Required Liveries:

This is where the community come in. Please suggest any ideas that you may have for liveries that should be included in the scenario by your favourite creators, or even make your own livery to be included in the scenario :).

I have already added one livery into the scenario by a well-known livery creator (it's not me, don't worry). However in saying that, I'm still open to suggestions by the community. Your voice matters! This project is community-driven after all.

The (initial, may change) deadline for livery entries is: Wednesday 30th April 2025

So, that's the plan at the moment. I'll keep you updated on any changes or updates on the scenario.

I've been TG08 as usual, enjoy the rest of your day, and I'll see you soon for the announcement of my next 'Railfan' scenario. Until then, it's goodbye from me :).

I'm currently working on 66304 in BR Grey named '200 Years' (fictional livery btw) if I'm able to get it done soon would you be able to include it?

    Hi there my friend.

With the liveries then we are looking for all members to share. A great way for all ages to join together for the celebrations.
Right now there is no dead line as such. There will be an end date for the project which will be relayed in due course.
There’s a few things going on behind the scenes that even the TEAM is not fully aware of as it’s strictly confidential between me and a party.

What will be happening tho will be TrainGeek08 is working hard on a number of scenarios. He will communicate with you and the project members of what class style of appearance is appropriate to a scenario.
This is to allow various types of scenarios with difficulty and theme to suit all ages and tastes. The team can keep their eyes open such as this instance.

So we need as many liveries possible for us to build these scenarios, the sooner we have available liveries it will make our (The Teams) life easier. No waiting for liveries to come in.

Will we do the best we can to fit all these liveries in. In fact don’t you worry. I think your our first customer so sure I’ll speak to TG08 or I’ll leave you in his hands. He’s the route guy so will know where He can put your work to good use. And don’t worry about this. We here want you to participate and enjoy what the Team are trying to do for the Rail 200 celebrations and you, a member of the DTG community.

Take your time, enjoy creating your masterpiece. Even keep us updated on your progress, we maybe able to help or give you some tips.
You won’t miss out, just relax and we thank you for wanting to share your work with us and the community.

    Keep us all posted:)
    Have fun.
From me, Lee, and the Team.

Maybe if there is a available livery, you could have 87002 leading the train, here’s a good livery that could be used https://creatorsclub.dovetailgames.com/creations/188414

It's something to consider for when I get to that stage. As I've mentioned over on the Rail 200 thread, my main focus is adding AI right now, but getting liveries is the next task after the scenario is fully created :).

I'll keep your recommendation in mind .

Hey why I’ve missed all this I don’t know.

I have just looked at the livery and it’s really good and very neat, but I personally want something a little extra special as I am sure we all do for the Railway 200 event. What did catch my eye tho was the passenger cars, now are they by you, are they in game, or by another user?.

Reason why is well I am always looking for something special especially in terms of fine detail hand drawn writing as would be the case with the stock seen. A member with a skill like that would also be handy to have around.

DM if you need to tho on the matters, and/ or if your interested.
Anyway I’m sure TG08 can short something when the times right for him to do so.

Oh and thanks again for answers. The livery is nearly done, nearly. 43803.

I appreciate your understanding other matters, but please DM if you need to as TG08 is working on scenarios which when ready will let the community be aware of what’s needed. We are looking for thing’s relevant to the event but we would like to see user creative side too.

It’s for Us as fan to do that, something special. So ideally that’s what I and the team are looking for.
Something special for a special event. :)

    Lee✌

Oh thanks for getting back, I was worried if I may have offended you in some way.
I’m from the North:) but that’s no excuse.

So I thank you for getting back to me.
Mmmmm, okay. Something you may need to know about me is I’m a little slow on the up take at times pardon the expression.
Therefore may need to do a little research into whom I’m speaking too;)

Oh and before I go, not sure you seen it, did mean to let you know.
But just quickly here is 43803. IMG_2626.jpeg Thanks for getting involved with this, when it’s done I’ll give you a little shout out if that’s okay by you?.

    THE SCENARIO:

    Scenario Name:
    Double Header
    Route: San Bernardino Line
    Train: EMD F125 Metrolink
Route covered: LA Union to Speedway
    Duration: 1 hour
    Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Drive this Speedway service express from LA Union to Speedway. You might have to wait for a few minutes at El Monte for a service heading towards LA Union to pass.

    Anyway, WIP shots await...

Here is our service awaiting departure from a quiet LA Union on this very cloudy day.

Nice shot! Over the bridge we must go. Goodbye Antelope Valley Line. Goodbye Los Angeles.

"I'm beating you... and I'm beating you... and I'm beating you..." the F125 says to the vehicles on the highway (that it overtakes). Who knew trains could speak all of a sudden?

Here we are at El Monte, waiting for a regular SB Line service to pass us before we head on the single line through Baldwin Park and onwards towards Speedway...

Scenario Link: Creators Club - (TG08) Double Header (F125/MP36)

I hope you are all looking forward to this release. I've been TG08 as usual, and I'll see you next time for another CC release announcement. Until then, it's goodbye from me :).

Hey I like a bit of double heading.

I might have a mess around later with formations. It’s why I started the batch of Class 43 LNER, and EX LNER. For Friend and due to the talk of a formation designer (This was 2023) IMG_9905.jpeg IMG_9908.jpeg IMG_9907.jpeg IMG_9906.jpeg IMG_9910.jpeg .
So well done on getting such a cool little scenario out in the light of the situation. Loving the the walk through too:)

I hope it does well TG08.

Oh and if your thinking of something special or different.

Could you possibly make some Union Pacific passenger cars for this?. IMG_2132.jpeg IMG_2127.jpeg The old OVERLAND Route, but as an experience;)

    Just a thought.

Cheers Lee. It's something I try to include within scenarios every once and a while. I mean April and May are full of them! :o

It's a good idea, but I'd think you would be better off doing that, only because you have done the locomotive already. It would make it more complete to have both parts created by the same person, you know?

    TG08 :).

    Mmmmm, busy busy:).

And sure I want to do them myself but if I could see if some that knows more about rolling stock than me. As I’d want them to fully accurate but for that I’d need the knowledge. Knowledge I don’t have, so if you know anyone that is fully up on US stock then please send them my way.

Oh me tea,,right catch ya later TG08.
    Cheers.

Good morning all, TG08 here, it's that time of month again... It's teaser time!

I have made the fifth 'Railfan' scenario but the reveal will come in the CC Roadmap next week.

Here's some clues as to where it is:

    - It is in the Golden State,
    - You can Route Hop here,
    - You can go towards a valley of deer,
    - Or towards a very dinosaur-sounding destination.

TIP: Consider all of the clues before making a guess!

Guess away folks! I imagine you will get it pretty quickly but will you be correct or not? All will be revealed in the CC Roadmap...

I'm TrainGeek08 as always, enjoy the rest of your day, and I'll see you for the next announcement, until then, it's goodbye :).

I’ll let you all have a few guesses first, then I might let TG08 now what I think it is.
Which is I haven’t got a clue at the mo:)

Cheers Lee :). Appreciate it! I was complimenting the lighting whilst testing it myself.

No probes, Its another positive about this game is the photo mode where earlier versions were fairly basic when it came out, but in TSW5 adding extra features has made taking photos a lot more fun. Yes it can be very time consuming but we do end up with excellent results as we see with these photos.

It’s good for presentation too, and why it’s looking sweet.
    Good stuff:)

    (Copied from Rail 200 thread)

"Good afternoon everybody. I want to share a update with you all regarding the status of 1Z01.

After 3 weeks of hard work and dedication, all AI traffic in the scenario is COMPLETE!

So, I am now in a position that I am happy to share all the liveries I will require for the scenario:

    CLASS 87:
    Loco -

    MK3s:
    Coaches -

    CLASS 150 (WCL):
    Marston Vale Line Livery -

    CLASS 350:
    LNWR Variants -

    CLASS 390:
390119 'Progress' - (already got) -> Creators Club - AWC 390/1 Pride (Highly Detailed) (Made By SR)
390121 'Opportunity' - (already got) -> Creators Club - AWC 390/1 Climate (Highly Detailed)(Made By SR)

    CLASS 801:
805 'Evero' - (already got) -> Creators Club - AWC 805/0 'Evero' (Highly Detailed) (Made By SR)
807 'Evero' - (already got) -> Creators Club - AWC 807/0 'Evero' (Highly Detailed)(Made By SR)

Any spaces that are left blank are spaces that you (as the community) need to fill. Whether that be through liveries on Creators Club, or making your own livery. The latter is preferred, in order to improve the overall purpose of the event (community participation).

    What are your next steps?

So, my next steps are as follows:

    • Testing 1Z01 to make sure it is completable, and to make sure the AI works as planned,
    • Adding the exhibits to Wembley Yard, when I get more liveries from community members (other than Lee/JPlayz),
    • Re-test the scenario to make sure the exhibits are placed properly,
    • If successful, then that's 1Z01 finished! 1 down, 1 to go!

Then, it is onto Scenario 2, where the same process as 1Z01 applies.

I thought you all would appreciate this update. Changelog has been updated as well ;).

    Catch you all later,
    TG08 :)."

Hey TG08 sorry for not being around. I will assist with your announcement by seeking the liveries needed. I doubt I’ll be contributing any as it’s open for the community so is why will not be adding any liveries you may need on this one.

I’d like to see more work from the wider community as it’s core to the success of what we are trying to accomplish.
So I will be looking at this for unfortunately we haven’t seen much from others which is a shame considering how great this could be if some see the advantages of what we’re doing.

Hence I feel that I may have to explain more as the community might feel they have or would be communicating with us all day long.
Which is not the case when just placing a livery either here or ideally on the Rail 200 thread as a central place for all to share and see etc.
TG08 has now made the announcements for what He needs, all you the community has to do is share your work.
If TG08 and I feel it’s appropriate for his needs in relation to a scenario, then it will be added.
And you the person chosen will simply be told of this. Your not directly involved as team member as such.
By simply sharing a livery as a use then has the chance to be involved in the success of this project which is open for the community.

So please at the start of opening this sudden project the Team expressed the importance of you the community getting involved to make this special for celebrating Railway 200 and something special for the community here.

But for that to happen we do need your support, so please if anyone wants to do that, then we here are waiting.

And with that I will say thank you again for the hard work TG08 has done behind the scenes.
I really hope He and we get the support necessary for what His next Big scenario will be.

It can’t be a Greatest Gathering without liveries or work by the community:)

I and we the Team hope to see you there soon.

Thanks for your time reading folks.
    TSLP✌.

I'd like to have a shot, but I haven't been following this closely. Where should I go to be filled in with all the details including what is expected and what has been done? I only ask because it feels like information is scattered across multiple threads and between conversations.

Took the words out of my mouth Lee. I feel like I don't need to add anything from here :).

The main thread for information is the Railway 200 thread set up by Lee himself. The only reason why it might be seen as being scattered between threads is because the team members might want to share updates on their own thread as well, so that people are interested in what is going on :), and in case the community want to ask questions to individual team members, that's all. I'm glad that you want to get involved though ;).

    TG08 :).

I guess so! Not all of it is information though, as some of it is discussions between me, Lee and JPlayz regarding liveries/scenarios for the project ;).

Hey sorry if it’s been some what confusing. I’m glad you have been keeping some track of what’s been going on even tho it does seem a little scattered.

And so if I may add to what TG08 has already kindly said in his comments then it is simply a case of the current Team. That being Me, TG08 and Jplayz.
Each posting work on our individual threads for there followers and updates and also posting Railway 200 information on the Rail 200 thread.

If you have no interest in me for example but have for Rail 200 then it will all be there in one place from all 3 members on the Rail 200 thread. (Someone please edit and add the page link) Sorry about that Sir.
I need some help at times myself and why I want to make this as easy and painless for all.

So for your reference and without sounding pig headed then I came up with the idea.
For that to work I need skills that TG08 has and in large quantities. Them skills being scenarios.
Or as I call Him the Route man. TG08 deals with scenarios and will simply notify users and myself of what He may need as he has in His recent Rail 200 related thread.

Anyone following His thread or Rail 200 thread will know of what he needs and so will I.

My role. My role is to try keep things moving forward and to be fair mostly on the PR side, and communicating with members like yourself.
Especially if you would like to be involved. I also do my own work, for if TG08 wants to use He can but is under no agreement to do that. But my role is to assist TG08 in getting the Unit He needs or the liveries I and we feel fit.
That’s where we need people like you and the wider community to share liveries and ideas on the Rail 200 thread.

We can speak to you there or if you want to discuss either liveries with me and scenarios with TG08 then we can discuss matters else where if it’s non Rail 200 related.

Anything we as 3 members should always be posting on Rail 200 the relevant content only.
So if you only wish to follow or get involved with Rail 200 thread, then all work each member does will and should be on that thread.
And on each member individually threads to update their own followers of each member work load be Rail 200 related or not.

And then last but not least we have Jplayz. His role is to try create a unique livery related to Rail 200.
Here I have a vision for what I would like to see and do myself but time is an issue. He has a passion for art and design so naturally seen if He wanted to assist me in achieving this vision. Thankfully He accepted and is now working or finding away to bring that vision forward.
Hence if users wish to discuss on his thread or on rail 200 thread on any Rail 200 of his process.
That is Jplayz role, working on finding a livery that I would love to see but I am aware of each member’s constraints which is time.

So I did hope by the Team working this way because I take full responsibility if this is not clear for the community and I really apologise for any inconvenience caused to you or any other member.

I take full responsibility and so I will definitely discuss this further with the Team and you.
If you want to be involved or just curious about what’s going on, then I feel it’s in my place as a team member and as a community member to do this.

It’s my responsibility and so I will act accordingly if this is causing problems for you or any other community member.

Sorry if I went on there. I will try keep it simple the best I can going forward.

To make it easier for all:)
Thank you so much for inquiring.
I will do all I can to assist with this.

    TSLP✌

Before I head off, I just thought I'd say I'll get the links up tomorrow. I'll put links up for my, TG08s, and your threads tomorrow on our threads including this one (if TG08 is happy for me to do so) just so that it also helps people see who does what/what they contribute.

What a great idea :). I can handle that for here, but doing it across yours and Lee's threads would be grand .
