A train is not going to have lots of varients because it was made by AP, a train will usually have fewer paint jobs because it was made by AP. Not sure what you are trying to get at.
Sorry mate. I thought you were saying it's unusual for DTG to include different liveries and variants as if they were the ones that developed the model. Yes, it is strange for DTG to include the variants that AP include in their original pack when it gets put on Steam.
