Tackle scenic Northern England and the Scottish Lowlands with Just Trains’ impressive Newcastle – Edinburgh route! READ MORE
It's a couple of years old I think. Not ancient really. The ancient one is York-Newcastle. I don't think it's bad for the price.
It's because it is a JT route and they stuck using the same outdated asset library for years until relatively recently.
Yeah I don't get why they do that. I really wish they would use better looking assets. I mean the route quality is quite good but the assets are outdated.
They have changed now and do better routes; the Cornish Mainline and Midland Mainline Derby-Sheffield for example are pretty good routes.
I see on the Steam forum regarding this route that a poster has on the review section put about a message that appears about memory usage and to press save before you get to a certain destination. I just wished DTG advised those who brought this route of this. So after purchase i checked the Just Trains website to see if there was anymore information and there was not. Also the route has been slashed from £19.99 to £14.29. Sadly, i am getting weary now before i purchase.
