I'm to the point now where it's gonna be released when it's gonna be released. Shame they don't give us release dates on this stuff.

I know, it can be a pet peeve sometimes, but I guess there is a reason for everything. It will be released in due time.

I'm just glad we can have some Cosmopolitans in TS! Finally! But what about the M3s? All one has to do is remove the dynamic brake hump and pantos. I just hope both of those are child objects. (Mod and repaint ideas start flooding in).

So in summary, I can't wait for these things to be released. What is now next on my list is an ACMU or an MP54!

M3s would also require window tracks, because in real life they slide to the side. Don’t think the sliding would have to be changed but at least add the tracks. Otherwise make it an M1. Both paint schemes are available, the colors just have to be changed. 684AD3DD-571C-4AAC-8B46-5DF74A0DC760.jpeg

I always forget about those sliding windows! I wouldn't really mind it but it would be great if someone remodeled it and even let us slide them open!

Yeah, that would be awesome, especially in passenger view!

Speaking of passenger view, I seriously hope passenger view on the M2/M4 has window seats and not just aisle seats. I swear DTG and its associated 3rd party devs have a fetish for aisle seats. You can't see anything. I'd rather be sitting at the window, which I think would be more realistic. The only time people ever sit in aisle seats is on a packed rush hour train when all the window seats are taken.

Yeah the aisle seats are terrible. They have no head support so your neck bends backwards when the train is accelerating fast. Nobody wants to sit in the aisle, and from a train sim standard why not have us sit by the window? Isn't that what every railfan likes?

Hopefully. Since they seem to be hyping it though I wouldn't be surprised if they released it on Friday since that's when most of the big stuff releases. It's more likely that not that it's gonna be this week though.

I’m almost willing to bet it’s just gonna be another JT product being released today.

Same here. Most likely another fictional route if JT made anymore. I would like for it to come out before next week if it's possible, and if it does, that would be great. But I'm not getting my hopes up.

There wouldn't even be that much to change.
Regarding the exterior, all that needs to be changed is the removal of the dynamic brake hump on the roof, removal of that pantograph gate thing on the storm door of the M2, and the sliding window design unique to the M3. Interior wise would just be some new chairs similar to the M7. In the cab it turns out the panto controls are plated up and removed.

Is the route for the Harlem line going to be all the way to white plains or southeast?

I'm doing it in Phases. Phase I is to White Plains, and Phase II is from White Plains to Southeast. Phase III is Southeast to Wassaic.

It depends, I may release it in Phases first as a skeleton route with just tracks and station detail.
Release 1: Skeleton form to White Plains
Release 2: Skeleton form from White Plains to Southeast, full detail to White Plains.
Release 3: Full detail to Southeast
At this point it would be considered a full release.
    Extension to Wassaic
    Release 4: Skeleton to Wassaic.
Release 5: Full detail to Wassaic.

At this point I'd be completely done and ready to move on to something else.
I think the first release will be ready in about 2-3 months at most.

Also included in the last release will be the M1/M3 repaint, depending on whether an official one still won't come out.
So in essence the route will be about the same exact development as minerman146's Bergen line.

Me too! It would be really cool if PennCentral670 used my route for the Valhala car vs train accident in his TS disasters series.

I may also ask some people if they can assist with scenery, because I'm not very good.

Well, this is interesting news, I recently found out someone else was making the Harlem Line, possibly farther than where I am. So I may cease building my version in order to assist him.
