Ts2020 Not Saving Screenshots To Windows Folder

For ages clicking on the Camera Icon in game saves a Screenshot to a folder I picked
But recently it has stopped doing it and I can not work out why

Is there something in the Windows Settings that might prevent this?

Someone else tried this and the game won't save a picture to the specified folder.
Don't know if it's a Steam Client error or something else

 

It appears Steam has disabled this feature
