Can anyone on PS4 with IOW confirm if the textures have been fixed yet with today’s patch? Nothing about it in the patch notes but stuff always sneaks in. Fingers crossed

 

No change to IoW.

 

Yep, Didn't have time to play but had a quick look. The guard buttons are still rubbish so I would guess that is a no. If that helps.

Last nights stream seemed to suggest that the IOW texture fixes are imminent. I may finally be able to pick this up!

 

Me too, I've been waiting for this.

 

I decided just to go for it anyway knowing this patch is coming. To be honest, very nice relaxing route. As others have said it's one of those that you can just jump into and have a quick half hour service when you are short on time. This afternoon I'll walk around the route and do the collectibles and explore a little more but so far I like what I've seen.
On the PS4 those texture issues really don't interfere with the driving of the train. Once you are setup and underway you can't really see the issues anyway once you are looking out the drivers window or flying outside of the train.
If you were on the fence like me and just waiting for the patch I would say go for it and play it this weekend.
