I have the real life version which goes to London, Leeds, Lincoln and Newcastle and I promise you this section is probably the part I enjoy most. Donny to York is dull as dishwater anyway.

Same here mate, the south of Posh is alright but I just find it dull as anything. Also it is only York that would be needed to be added going from Donny to York.

 

I found a reference to two locos while looking using God Mode and Ghidra, but I didn't feel comfortable to make something public again without knowing and having the context of it,

one reason being decompiling the base executable takes literally days, and analyzing the results when it's not even 50% done just causes confusion and misunderstandings of the results.

They're only referenced once and it's just the train name - so I don't know if it's in planning, being worked on, or if it's something internally for test.

BR650 - Stadler Regio-Shuttle/RS1 (idk which route, maybe Niddertalbahn?)
BR460 - Siemens Desiro ML (that train is solely used on the Left Rhine route, Mainz - Koblenz, so that would make sense)
