So a few days ago I played TSW again and looked at the task manager and the CPU say 100% but heres the issue at hand with the CPU being consumed 100% it makes my game FPS not good here's an example CSX heavy haul use to get average 40 FPS or higher but now its low 30 or lower depeding where I am and what angle im looking at heres a Dxdiag txt file
