I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue but I am. TSW won't boot up all its giving me is the splash screen with the three locomotives saying TSW. The game does not give me an error or does not crash it just gives me the screen.
you'll probably need to provide some specs... also- was your game updated from this last patch? I wonder if it's updating in the background prior to starting? Can you provide a little additional detail plx?
This happened before the latest patch. I think I read on a different forum article that it had to do with a windows update. Before the windows update the game booted up. But now, after updating it stopped booting up
