Hi there! This is my first post on the forums. I have been playing Train Simulator and TSW for a few years now, and there are some things I would love to see in TSW2. I do understand that it will take some time before steam arrives in TSW2, and I in no way expect all o f the existing requests to be fulfilled. There is so much detail that goes into these routes and trains. That being said, I wanted to give some recommendations for trains and routes I would love to see in TSW2. 1.) NKP 765 on Horseshoe Curve 2.) SP 4449 on the Daylight Limited 3.) UP Big Boy 4014 on Sherman Hill 4.) N&W 611 on the Powhattan Arrow 5.) The Greenbrier Presidential Express (C&O 614) 6.) LNER Mallard; East Coast Main Line 7.) LNER Flying Scottsman; East Coast Main Line Once again, I don't expect ALL of these requests to be fulfilled. I just wanted to share some steam trains and routes I would love to see int he new game. Especially the 765, as it holds a special place in my heart. Also, the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society (the owners of 765) tend to be rather social on Youtube and other media platforms, so I don't doubt that they would probably love to do voiceovers for the tutorials and scenarios. I like all of these ideas. I'd love the ATSF 4-8-4 #3751, but that won't happen unless DTG gets the rights to make ATSF/BNSF content. A GWR Castle and Pannier Tank would be great, too. We need UP #844 and #3985 as well as #4014. I'd also like to suggest the Durango and Silverton and Cumbres and Toltec Narrow Gauge Railroads and some other preserved routes (Ffestiniog, for example).
I agree with Mallard and Scotsman, I’d also love to see duchess, scots and jubilees pounding up shap and beattock. Now back to learning the lyrics to Imagine by John Lennon...
