Can somebody confirm that so this is not only my individual issue list? Scenario planner TOTALLY broken... do not work for any routes from TSW3 Standard GamePass as well as for any installed DLCs purchased previously for TSW2... Missing locomotives in menu => train depot. Can I confirm you're on PC Game Pass? This is a known issue, and we have a patch coming that's designed to fix this: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/20-19-bst-7th-september-status-update-overnight.58737/
So as far as I can tell, this is a UI issue which we have a fix in for, which is currently in Microsoft's certification process awaiting for them to release it. If you receive an update (should hopefully be a matter of up to 48 hours at this stage) and you're still experiencing issues, can you let me know please?
