PS5 Tsw4 Pre Order Auto Download

Eh. I don't understand. Mine isn't downloading at all. So how come you guys have had access to it doing a download. Just says for me 1 day and 19 hours or something so it loads automatically on Thursday at 1600

 

I wonder why mine isn't downloading lol

 

I can't download the PS5 version. I keep getting the Sony server error code.

I have downloaded onto my XSX no problem, achievements there and all.

I can hear the complaints about them already lol.

 

I have 3 PS5’s each one is the same. Main game downloads installs and comes up with the countdown timer. All the adds-on refused to download at point of auto download. After downloading the game and installing alone the DLCs whether all selected or individually selected come up with the same error. All suggestions of license issues and cache clearing do not work on any of the ps5s.

Same here core part is installed with a countdown timer now showing none of the add ons can be pre-installed.

 

Just to save anyone wasting their time a PS5 database rebuild from the safe mode menu doesn’t fix it either.

 

Same here. Base game installed, none of the add-ons. Neither restoring licences nor clearing cache helped...

 

How did you get the base game to install. My ps5 has a countdown for downloading everything at 1600 Thursday?

 

It started on its own. But only the base game, not the add-ons and decals.

 

Still not working. As far as I understand it so far, nobody was able to download the PS5 TSW4 DLC content leaving us only with the core game.

 

So it seems...

 

Again there is no release today so wait until the EA starts and check again. It brings nothing to complain here.... It's not started and good chance it is fixed tomorrow... If its missing... That's bad but the fault is Sony not DTG... If you looked in the last new games there are problems over the place so I think it will get struggles for sure

 

We all know how PS5 pre orders and pre downloads work so stop saying this is normal. This is not how it works.

 

I preorder loads of games and never have any issues predownloading either base games or DLC, this isn't going to be a Sony problem, but yes hopefully if not fixed today it will magically work when early access starts.

 

The only thing we can do is keep DTG in the loop. Magic does not exist

 

I downloaded the PS4 version plus all launch content on my PS5 just incase there's no fix by release time.

 

Well I had something download this morning but at only 5GB, I imagine that that was just the core game and nothing else

And Sony didn't exactly come forward with any answers yesterday so we are all still none the wiser

 

I have never written it's normal... More in terms off complaining brings nothing... The only option is to wait nothing less or more....

Just read this got a ps5 myself ,sounds a right mess people! Would not be surprised if it was from Sony's side ,iam doubting if all your dlc content goes over next week as well ,big??????

 

It's strange how it lets you download the whole lot for PS4 no problem?

 

Seems like an error that occurs when you try to download DLC for a game you don't own or the DLC isn't compatible for the game (it's not a PS4 version marked as PS5 or something)

 

Just tried & still getting the same issue.

Will try again in a couple of hours, after that I’m thinking it’ll be cancel pre-order time. Not sure what the issue is between DTG & PS5, but it’s a constant rough ride.

I guess the changes Sony made will appear when they update the store. Is mostly around 1pm CET (so in a few minutes). Otherwise we will need to wait till the timer goes to 24h remaining to start panicking

 

Still the same here after both restarting (including pulling the plug for 30 seconds), and doing the license refresh. PSN ID is “amyinorbit”

[edit] just in case it matters: the core game downloaded just fine. It’s the DLCs that refuse to download (CE-107880-4)

 

There was a PSN outage yesterday with varying levels of service affectation, most notably affecting BG3 and related to license entitlement issues, so likely preloads were affected by the same thing

I have done everything mentioned but I just managed to install the base TSW4 but no luck with the content PSN ID shaun stephens

 

Exactly the same after restart / reboot it's only the DLC with the error code. My PSN ID is ............

 

Same problem JD as well I'm afraid deleted everything as well and started again.

I have tried it three times after deleting it from my console and all three times, it has got to the point now where I can't even download the base game, I'll be happy to wait around for something to happen but at this point, even as the most optimistic person probably in the forum, even I am starting to lose patience

 

I have Cleared clutter, done restore license and deleted and reinstall the main game and the DLCs still have an error CE-107880-4.

Thinking the DLCs don't count to the predown so it's looking like we are going to have to download them tomorrow as they say playable on the 21th September.

 

Does anyone know if we should download the add-ons yet (for example Midland Mainline and Class 700 for the ECML layers), or is it best to wait until tsw4 is fully released?

i'm in the process of downloading tsw4 to my PS4 Pro (for the deluxe edition it appeara there's the core game and 8 add ons to it).. it's going well so far but don't want to add the add-ons if that will just mess everything up!

 

TSW 3 DLC’s won’t be available for TSW 4 until the 26th.

That's good support DTG JD... For people they always complain about "DTG is never cares about the community" check this! Thumbs up!

Please stop to spam here... Problem is known and there is already contact with Sony about this issue.

 

Do note that not all people reporting an issue understand English like Dutch and Belgian people do. For those people there might be a lot of gibberish in this topic so they post what the translator prepared for them

 

That's not a acceptable excuse... I'm Dutch and I can English on a everage base but if you can't the thing is a translator can translate it from English to you're own language as well so that no excuse that make sense otherwise you don't understand the solution as well

Sony could of update the way pre download happens for the main game, not every game has dlc content at release
