PS5 Tsw4 Pre Order Auto Download

qick update: thanks to the advice to log into the PS store via PC or Laptop, the entire download seems to work without any problems. Unfortunately the streaming speed is not the fastest in the world, but everything should be done by TSW4 activation around 4pm BST. Hopefully things will work better next Tuesday when the complete DLC list for TSW4 is activated in the PS store.

 

Antelope still not installing. I'm in the UK

 

I have done the same only the base game downloaded and it won't let me do anything else and no other dlc is showing up hopefully a fix by the time i fi sh worm tonight

 

Germany, still unable to install the DLCs. Tried out all the steps mentioned in this thread. Nothing worked for me

 

UK....tried every method still will not down load. I cannot see any of the DLCs as separate files just TSW4. Try that all I get is the basegame, into the options for manage content all still fail.

 

On this page 5 in the top post it works 100%, even in Germany, everything is complete.

Based in the US. I only can download Antelope Valley Line and The Flying Scotsman

 

I've been able to now get Preorder Decal 2, Vectron, Dresden - Riesa, and Vorarlburg downloading. Flying Scotsman, Antelope Valley, Preorder Decal 1 and ECML are still CE-107880-4.

Edit from seconds later: I was able to get the ones still showing errors to download by using the PS Store web page. The others I got to download by pressing options on the game on the PS desktop and going into Manage Content. Also in the UK. I'm going to go out on a whim here and say that judging by what people are reporting, location has nothing to do with it because I can't see any paterns, it appears totally random.

 

I am the exact same tried everything and still nothing

im in UK Specual edition PS5. Still won’t download

 

UK Deluxe here (PS5 version)

All content is finally installed.

Antelope, Decal 01, Scotsman & DRA all had to be downloaded from the ‘manage game content’ menu on the PS5, they would not download from the app or website.

Decal 02, Vectron, ECML & SBahn VBerg would not download from the PS, but from the desktop PSN site (not the app). Vorarlberg started downloading but failed twice, succeeded the third time.

All downloads were painfully slow. Something is wrong but I think it’s resolving overtime, as in the past 12 hours it’s gone from no content, to all of it, for me.

 

As a last resort, I tried the following again and it worked this time:

• delete base game
• reset the cache again (turn off PS5, unplug from mains, wait 30+ seconds, turn on again)
• Go into games library, collections, select tsw5, select PS5 version, select “download” and keep all selected

 

Hi, I'm on PS5 with a UK PSN account with the Deluxe Edition. I've managed to install everything apart from the Metrolink Antelope Valley line, East Coast mainline, TSW4 pre-order decal02 and RP Vectron. I've tried uninstalling the BASE game clearing the cache via safe mode and restoring licenses. To get it to its current state, I installed the base game and then tried to install its DLC individually via the manage game, content menu from the options context menu. Each time an install failed I got a generic something went wrong error with the error code CE – 107880–4. I have had no issues installing the PS4 version on my PS5, only the PS5 native version.

Mine all seem to be installing now. And I did it through the normal manage content option.

 

Is there anything I can do to speed it up?

 

Can confirm: Download via desktop store works now for me. Maybe my connection was bad yesterday evening.

 

I'm in Germany. I'll try it when i'm home from work later.

 

So what you are saying, if I go the wording correct and 9/10 times I fail miserably at that, we can delete the base game now for TSW3 and redownload the DLC routes for TSW3 ready for TSW4

 

I still can't install the RP Vectron I have installed everything else?

Library>TSW4>Manage Game Content on the PS5 itself worked for me. Everything downloaded.

Antelope is not installing still. That's after deleting tsw4 and reinstalling in and the other routes/locos and and restoring licences. Going to see if it will install after early access is available

 

I'm on PS5 (in the UK) and pre-ordered the Special Edition. Tried all previous suggestions and nothing is working for me.

I just have the countdown, when I select that it only gives me the attached screen. If I go into the web version of the store and to my purchases I can choose to download only the PS5 version (PS4 version and DLC aren't listed - see second screenshot).

Looks like I have to wait til 4pm.

Going on to my laptop and going to playstation library game that way has gotten Antelope to download

Still exactly the same error(s).
No matter which down load method, following all the advice given on here; I still am not able to download any DLC. I am in the UK, can someone offer me any advice that works? This is starting to be beyond a joke now. I paid for it and can't download anything except the base game. It is definitely not fixed with just under 3 hrs to go.

 

I have had to use the web to get to the PlayStation and log in on that to get to my game library and was able to get Antelope to download from that.

 

I have tried ALL methods listed just done it from my laptop still exactly the same.

 

It probably best to try again later on to see if it will work then

 

In the desktop version of the PS Store under Downloads it also shows that I supposedly only have the Standard Edition.
In the PS Store itself, however, it correctly says that I have pre-ordered the deluxe edition.
Could this perhaps be the problem? Although, otherwise the DLCs wouldn't actually appear under "Game Content" at all. The DLCs themselves are not visible in the store but only under game content.
The whole thing is really strange.

Strange isn't the word I would use.....

 

I work in IT.....this is not and and should not be that difficult to get things to work.

I have been informed by PSN live chat that special edition isn’t available to pre install. I hope this isn’t the case. I’ve been told to wait till release before anything can be done

 

I was able to start every item now without any troubleshooting steps (restoring licences, clearing cache, etc.) with under two hours until release

Mine is .......

 

Now it works. Just from the Homescreen -> TSW4 -> "Options" -> Manage Game Content. It's all downloading now.

( can’t download Dresden dlc) but the rest are all downloading right now)

It's very odd got everything apart from the Vectron. I'll try again at 4pm UK time I think.
