Have been trying to complete both Tools of the Trade and Swap Shop today and both get stuck. Tools of the Trade, once the Class 08 has been set up, it clears line and signal is supposed to change. The signal does not change so you are just sat there. Swap Shop, the Class 47 under the AI goes to the end of the platform and just sits there. It does not move, so you cannot get into the platform with the coaches. Forgot to add, playing PS4 TSW2 on PS5.
Also seeing this one on PC - I've been sat at the red signal (L133) for around 10 mins now, no change. AI traffic has moved around me, and their signals change to accommodate them, but L133 refuses to change. I've tried restarting both the scenario and the entire game a few times, too - no loading from save games.
