PC Unable To Board S Bahn Emu At Duisburg And Unable To Sit On The Seats In The Middle Carriages

Here are the following problems I am facing in Hauptstrecke Rhine-Ruhr

Glitch 1: 2:28: due to large gap unable to climb into the train
Glitch 2: 3:21 - 3:39, the round highlighter mentioning E sit on passenger seat not showing when trying to sit on seats in the trailer cars.

As far as the first glitch is concerned, in order to troubleshoot this, I have to get in from the driver's cab. And for the second glitch, I am only able to sit on the seats in the Driving Motor cars and not the trailer cars in other words the round highlighter mentioning E sit on passenger seat only shows when trying to sit in Driving Motor cars.

Can you kindly help me in fixing these problems and update this route so that the bugs get fixed.
